1. Terms of Service

By accessing this website and requesting our consolidated civil solutions, site audits, or paint estimation models, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with booking or using our services.

2. Site Audits and Auditing Scans

Our site audits, structural moisture scans, and solar layout evaluations require direct site access by our resident civil engineers. You agree to secure all necessary local developer approvals, housing society permits, and site clearances prior to our scheduled team visit.

3. Service Package Specifications and Estimations

Please note the following constraints on our live estimating systems:

Minimum Billing Area: The live paint packages require a minimum billing area of 30 Squares (3,000 Sq. Ft.). Areas smaller than this limit will be computed and billed at the minimum 30 Squares baseline.
Estimations: Live price estimations are based on standard Indian brand materials (such as Asian Paints and Dr Fixit) and do not account for major structural restorations, specialized scaffolding, or government taxes (GST), which will be quoted separately.

4. Liability and Engineering Guarantees

Nirmaan's Solutions provides dedicated on-site engineering supervision to ensure concrete mixing proportions, curing durations, and waterproofing membrane applications meet our rigid checklists. However, we are not liable for subsequent structural damage caused by earthquakes, uncoordinated third-party excavations, structural modifications made without our engineering review, or client-neglected plumbing upkeep.

5. Governing Law

Any claim or legal proceedings relating to our site audits, services, or contracts shall be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandya/Bengaluru.
